Thick Handled Grip Clubs are powerful clubs that have many uses. A great benefit of the StrongerGripTM clubs is that they have a loadable globe to load with steel media or lead shot. So you get the benefit of adding weight as your strength increases. In one set of Thick Handled Grip Clubs you get an wide range of weights starting at 7 lbs and loading up to 24 lbs with steel media and heavier with lead. The handle diameter is 1.66”. Overall length is 23”-24". Another cool feature of these are the 3” globe on the swinging end that is used for swinging as well. Available in 5" and 6" globe sets. 5" Globe clubs weigh 7 lbs empty and load up to approx. 16 lbs with steel media.
